The Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 require a food operator to make sure that any staff handling food are supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene in a way that is appropriate for the work they do. The person/s responsible for developing and maintaining the business's food safety management procedures, based on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles, must have adequate training to enable them to do this.
If your work involves the handling, cooking or preparation of food, whether this is in a catering, manufacturing or retail environment, then our courses will help to ensure you are doing this correctly. Candidates will learn the importance of food hygiene, provide them with an understanding of the risks associated with food safety and give them both the knowledge and confidence to safely deliver high quality food to customers.
